Mark is an experienced general contractor with over 20 years of service in the construction business. In 1985, Mark began West Fire Construction and Restoration, where he continues to serve as President. Although the company began in Houston, Mark’s success allowed him to expand the business to multiple locations throughout Texas.

Mark is well-known in the construction field and is retained by many law firms as an expert witness. He represents countless insurance companies and individuals in insurance appraisals. He is considered by many to be a pioneer in the insurance appraisal process. Due to the growing need for Mark’s services in this area, Mark co-created West Fire Appraisal and Professional Services, Inc. (West Fire APS) in 2004: a full-service company specializing in insurance appraisals and expert witness work.

Randall is an experienced general contractor and insurance claims adjuster with over 15 years of experience in both fields. He previously owned and operated a Houston-based restoration/remediation company. Additionally, he worked for a national insurance company as a Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster and Claims Manager.

Due to Randall’s expertise in both the construction and insurance industries, he is retained by many law firms as an expert witness. He represents countless insurance companies and individuals in insurance appraisals. As a result of the demand for his unique skills, Randall co-created West Fire Appraisal and Professional Services, Inc.
