Mark is an experienced general contractor with over 25 years of service in the construction business. In 1985, Mark began West Fire Construction and Restoration, where he continues to serve as President. 

Mark is well-known in the construction field and is retained by many law firms as an expert witness. He represents countless insurance companies and individuals in insurance appraisals. He is considered by many to be a pioneer in the insurance appraisal process. Due to the growing need for Mark’s services in this area, Mark co-founded West Fire Appraisal & Professional Services, Inc. (West Fire APS) in 2003: a full-service company specializing in insurance appraisals and expert witness work.

Randall is an experienced general contractor and insurance claims adjuster with over 20 years of experience in both fields. Randall has owned and operated restoration/remediation companies in the Houston area for the past 10 years and currently co-owns West Fire Construction & Restoration, Inc.  Additionally, he worked for a national insurance company as a Property and Casualty Claims Adjuster and Claims Manager.

Due to Randall’s expertise in both the construction and insurance industries, he is retained by many law firms as an expert witness. He represents countless insurance companies and individuals in insurance appraisals. As a result of the demand for his unique skills, Randall co-founded West Fire Appraisal & Professional Services, Inc.
